SATA International announces new flight schedule for 2015

19 November 2014 – From Saturday 4 April 2015, SATA International will resume direct flights from the UK to the Azores. SATA International flights will be operating every Saturday until 17 October 2015, with early afternoon departures from London Gatwick to Ponta Delgada on Sao Miguel, the largest of the Azorean Islands.

The weekly direct flight departing from London Gatwick to Ponta Delgada on São Miguel Island takes under four hours, with prices from £338pp return (including taxes and charges). Weekday flights are also available, flying from Ponta Delgada to London Heathrow via Lisbon. The full service airline offers passengers complimentary catering, a 8kg hand luggage and 20kg checked baggage allowance service, as well as free baggage allowance for golf and diving equipment up to 15kg.
