SCAC Clarification on SSJ100 Aircraft for Armavia

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company and Armavia have agreed on terms of SSJ100 operations (MSN 95007).

The parties signed a lease agreement which takes effect from the fulfillment of customs formalities and release from financial burden. Shortly after Armavia will restart the aircraft operations remaining the operator of MSN 95007 while the State Civil Aircraft Company becomes the leaseholder. The lease agreement has been concluded for six months. After its termination the Parties will meet again to continue discussions on the issue. On October 2 2012 MSN 95007 arrived to Yerevan (Armenia).

The parties continue discussions on the second aircraft (MSN 95021) built for Armavia under the contract earlier concluded.
