SCANDINAVIAN AIRLINES SYSTEM COMPLETES A330-300 SALE LEASE BACK WITH AVIATOR CAPITAL

Greenwich, CT, October 28, 2014 – Scandinavian Airlines System, Denmark-Norway-Sweden, (“SAS”), the Scandinavian flag-carrier (www.sasgroup.net), has today completed a Sale and Lease Back transaction for one 2002 vintage A330-300 aircraft (s/n497) operated by SAS since new, with Florida-based Aviator Capital (www.aviatorcapital.com). In Q1 2015 the aircraft will undergo a front-to-back cabin modification at SR Technics as part of SAS’ make-over of its entire A330/340 wide body fleet. This is the first transaction between the two parties and was arranged by SkyWorks Leasing, LLC.
