Singapore Airlines: Striking-Off Of Indirect Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries
Singapore Airlines Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that further to the Company’s announcement dated 18 July 2018, Roar Aviation II Pte. Ltd. and Roar Aviation III Pte. Ltd., the Company’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, have been struck off the Register of Companies pursuant to Section 344A of the Companies Act, Chapter 50.
