SkyWest, Inc. Reports Combined June 2013 Traffic For SkyWest Airlines And ExpressJet Airlines

GEORGE, Utah, July 11, 2013 PRNewswire/ — SkyWest, Inc., (NASDAQ: SKYW) (“SkyWest”) today reported that passenger boardings for June increased 2.9 percent to 5,441,225 compared to 5,289,995 for the same period last year. SkyWest also reported a 5.5 percent increase in revenue passenger miles (RPMs) for June, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased 5.2 percent compared to June 2012. The combined airlines generated 2.8 billion RPMs for the month, while ASMs increased to 3.4 billion. Load factor increased to 83.7 percent compared to 83.5 percent in June 2012. SkyWest also reported an increase of 0.8 percent in departures to 126,350 for June compared to 125,345 for the same period last year.
