SKYWORKS ARRANGES SALE OF TWO B757-200 AIRCRAFT

Greenwich, CT, September 19, 2012 – U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee, (“U.S Bank”) has sold two B757-200 aircraft (25276 and 26702), previously leased to United Air Lines, Inc., to Aerolease 3, LLC, an affiliate of Aerolease Aviation LLC. SkyWorks Leasing, LLC assisted U.S Bank in connection with the lease return and arranged the sale of the aircraft.
