Skyworld Aviation closes another Airbus A320 deal

Skyworld Aviation is pleased to announce that, acting on behalf of Airfinancial Management Ltd of Cyprus, it has arranged the acquisition of another Airbus A320 aircraft.

A320-200 serial number 361 was purchased by Airfinancial from Aercap Ireland Ltd for onward lease to Khors Aircompany of the Ukraine. The aircraft was built in 1992 and is powered by V2500-A1 engines. It was originally delivered to, and also most recently operated by, Mexicana. The aircraft was handed over to Airfinancial on July 12th and will be utilised by Khors on passenger charter flights and wet-lease contracts.

Although primarily specialists in regional aircraft, this is the fourth A320 that Skyworld has been involved in so far this year.

Skyworld Aviation is an independent organisation offering specialist consultancy, marketing and asset management services, mainly to the regional airline industry. The company has an extensive worldwide client base and, to date, has completed more than 430 aircraft-related transactions for more than 130 clients with a value of approximately $800 million.
