November 5, 2013 – Zurich, Switzerland: SR Technics, part of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network, has signed a five-year agreement with South African Airways to extend their long-term cooperation covering all CFM56-5C engines on the airline’s Airbus A340 fleet. The extension will run until 2018 and builds on the excellent relationship developed over the past few years. All work will be carried out in SR Technics’ facilities in Zurich.
Being one of the leading airlines in Africa, South African Airways is a key customer of SR Technics in this region and a cornerstone of its worldwide presence. The renewed long-term partnership is the result of SR Technics’ globally competitive offering, its strong performance in quality and reliability and of the two company’s trustful cooperation over the past few years.

SR Technics has over 50 years of Engine Services experience, including a track record of more than 1,500 shop visits for CFM in Zurich. Thanks to the extensive in-house repair capabilities, it can offer extremely short turnaround times and a tailor-made customer service.
