ST Engineering Injects Capital into its aircraft leasing business

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) today announced that its 50%-owned joint venture company, Keystones Holdings (Global) Pte Ltd has injected US$$8,536,000 (about S$11.8m) into Keystone 5 Pte. Ltd.

This fund injection will support the expansion of its aircraft leasing business through the purchase of an Airbus A320 aircraft currently on lease to a European airline.

This exercise is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
