STANDS ON DEMAND, INC AND ADVANCED GROUND SYSTEMS ENGINEERING LLC EXECUTE A COLLABORATION AGREEMENT

Stands on Demand, Inc. will become the exclusive lessor of certainAdvanced Ground Systems Engineering LLC aircraft engine transportation stands in the United States and Advanced Ground Systems Engineering LLC will become the exclusive supplier of certain Advanced Ground Systems Engineering LLC aircraft engine transportation stands in the United States.

Miami, FL April 9, 2013 – Stands on Demand, Inc. (“SOD”) and Advanced Ground Systems Engineering LLC (“AGSE”) announce that that they have executed a five year collaboration agreement in which SOD becomes the exclusive lessor of certain AGSE aircraft engine transportation stands in the United States andAGSE becomes the exclusive supplier of certain aircraft engine transportation stands in the United States.

SOD and AGSE will collaborate to offer a full range of options to fulfill their customers’ requirements for purchasing and leasing of engine manufacturer approved aircraft engine transportation stands.
