Supervisory Board reiterates nomination of Wolfgang Mayrhuber for the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG

Following today’s repeated wish by the Supervisory Board that Wolfgang Mayrhuber should stand and the announcement by key investors that they would vote for him, Mr Mayrhuber declared that he would uphold his candidacy for the Supervisory Board elections unchanged. The initially different indications were caused by voting recommendations that are unsuited to Germany’s two-tier corporate governance system.
