TAT Technologies Announces Meeting Covenants Relating to a Certain Loan Following Adjustments Agreed Upon with the Lending Bank

TAT Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TATT), a leading provider of services and products to the commercial and military aerospace and ground defense industries, announced today that it reached agreement with its lending bank in Israel, to adjust certain financial covenants related to a $5.5 million loan from said lending bank. Accordingly, as of September 30, 2011 the company meets all financial covenants related to such a loan.
