TAT Technologies Reports Resignation of the Chief Executive Officer of its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Limco-Piedmont Inc.
TAT Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: TATT – News), a leading provider of services and products to the commercial and military aerospace and ground defense industries, today reported that Mr. Paul Hall, the Chief Executive Officer of Limco-Piedmont Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TAT, resigned from such position, effectively immediately. A successor has not yet been appointed.
