TES Aviation Group Appoints new Chief Financial Officer

TES Aviation Group of Wales, UK, Singapore and Dallas welcomes Nick Louden as their new CFO.

Nick is a chartered accountant having started his career with KPMG before taking a variety of Finance Director and Group Finance Director roles with Christie Tyler, National Britannia and Environmental Scientifics Group. In the last 5 years Nick has worked at Board, Executive and Operational Levels in integrating a large number of businesses on behalf of a leading international private equity investor. He brings a wealth of experience in broader finance roles, change management, deal modelling, deal performance reporting, investor management, re-financing and debt /equity raising.
