THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF JSC IRKUT CORPORATION ELECTED OLEG DEMCHENKO PRESIDENT, CHAIRMAN

On July 31, a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC IRKUT Corporation (a part of JSC United Aircraft Corporation) was held.

Alexey Fedorov’s statement to release from the post of President, Chairman of JSC IRKUT Corporation was considered at the meeting.

The Board of Directors decided to accept the statement by Alexey Fedorov.

Oleg Demchenko, Senior Vice-President of JSC United Aircraft Corporation was elected President, Chairman of JSC IRKUT Corporation.

Earlier a candidature of Oleg Demchenko to head JSC IRKUT Corporation was approved by the Board of Directors of JSC UAC.

The Board of Directors of JSC IRKUT Corporation allowed Oleg Demchenko to combine the post of President, Chairman of JSC IRKUT Corporation with the post of General Director, General Designer of JSC Yakovlev Design Bureau.

Oleg Demchenko headed JSC IRKUT Corporation in 2005-2011 and has been a member of the Board of Directors in recent years.
