Transaero Airlines January – August Operational Results See Growth

Moscow, September 27, 2012 – Transaero Airlines results for the first eight months of 2012 demonstrate the carrier’s stable development and increase of all key operational indicators.

In January- August 2012:
· Passenger turnover reached 27.114 billion RPK (26.2% increase in comparison with the first eight months of 2011)
· The total number of passengers carried amounted to 6,916,827 (24% increase in comparison with the same period last year)
· Transaero transported a total amount of 39,807.05 tons of cargo (29.6% increase in comparison with January-August of 2011)
· Cargo traffic totaled 2.668 billion RTK (26.5% increase in comparison with the same period last year).

In August separately Transaero has carried 1,327,681 passengers which is another record – breaking indicator for the carrier.
