Two Airbus A320-200 for AirAsia - Financed by Helaba and KfW IPEX-Bank as Mandated Lenders
KfW IPEX-Bank and Helaba have been mandated by their existing customer AirAsia as Arrangers for a 12 year commercial debt financing of two new Airbus A320-200. KfW IPEX-Bank acts as Agent and Security Trustee. The transaction closed in January 2011. The two aircraft have been delivered on the 1st and 14th February 2011.
