Universal Asset Management Acquires Boeing 747-400

Memphis, Tennessee (Feb. 1, 2019) – Universal Asset Management, Inc. (UAM), is pleased to announce it has acquired a Boeing 747-400 airframe MSN (24053) formerly operated by British Airways.


Jeff Sabo, Vice President of UAM, commented, “This asset was selected due to the the continued demand to support all B747-400 requirements of our global customer base. This specific need and our targeted approach ensures reliability that has yielded an impressive track record and long-term cost savings for our clients.” This airframe will be disassembled in the United Kingdom and UAM will remarket components to support its worldwide OEM, airline and MRO customer base.
