US Airways' Piedmont Airlines Pilots Ratify New Contract

TEMPE, Ariz., March 22, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ —Pilots at Piedmont Airlines, a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Airways (NYSE: LCC), represented by the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), have voted to ratify a new five-year collective bargaining agreement that was reached on Feb. 1. The new contract was ratified by Piedmont Airlines’ 375 ALPA-represented pilots who are based in Charlottesville, Va.; Harrisburg, Pa.; New Bern, N.C.; Roanoke, Va. and Salisbury, Md. Details of the agreement will be made available by ALPA.
