UTair Passenger Transport KPI for January-February 2013

In the reporting period including January to February 2013, UTair Group aircraft transported a combined total of 21 212 803 passengers, an increase of 9.1% over the same period in 2012. Passenger turnover for the reported period constituted 2,419,114.07 PKM, an increase of 13.4% over same period in 2012. For the first two months of the year UTair Group aircraft delivered 4 313.81 tons of cargo, 27.7% more than for the same period in 2012. Passenger load factor put together 72,32%, 4,3% more than for the same period 2012.

The growing passenger load factor and overall passenger volume is accompanied by a decrease in flight hours – a positive outcome reflecting an increase in the efficiency of the overall UTair passenger transport program. This establishes framework for the further growth in the second half of 2013 when UTair Group expects new Airbus A321 and Boeing 737-800 aircraft to join the airline’s fleet.

UTair Group rotor-wing aircraft 2013 logged a total of 17,536 flight hours in January-February. UTair Group helicopters delivered 14,971.87 tons of cargo, 50.3% more than for the same period in 2012. UTair Group helicopters transported 91,158 passengers in the January-February reporting period.
