Under the UTair Aviation fleet renewal program, the airline expects to take delivery of 22 new aircraft from several manufacturers to put into operation in 2014. This fleet expansion will constitute the single largest fleet augmentation in the calendar year among Russian airlines.

In 2014 UTair will launch operations with the new Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft. The airline will receive six such aircraft from the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft from June to December, 2014.

From March to December 2014, UTair will receive seven Boeing 737-800NG and one 737-900NG aircraft from the Boeing plant. The final contractual delivery for 40 aircraft of this type is expected to take place in 2018.

From February to August 2014, UTair will receive 8 Airbus A321 aircraft according to a contract for the delivery of 20 such aircraft between 2013 and 2016. Currently UTair operates three new Airbus A321 aircraft in its fleet. The next aircraft of this type is expected to be delivered in mid December, 2013.

All new Boeing and Airbus aircraft will come equipped with Pinnacle seating produced by B/E Aerospace, INC. This new generation of seats features a modern ergonomic design for significantly increased comfort for passengers.

In 2014 the cabins of UTair Boeing 737-500 aircraft will undergo reconfiguration works to upgrade the interiors and increase the aircraft passenger capacity. New modern ergonomic Recaro seating will be installed in these aircraft which will considerably improve the level of passenger comfort during flights.

In 2014, the average age of aircraft operated by UTair on regular routes will constitute eight years.
