VietJetAir unveils two new Airbus planes

VietJetAir has added two more brand-new Airbus A320-200 aircrafts to its modern fleet on 2 & 3 Jun 2013 as the airline aims to meet growing demand for the peak season. The two new aircraft will help VietJetAir schedule 1,600 flights over the summer period, further expand its domestic network and add more international routes later this year.

VietJetAir has also inked a deal with Airbus to utilize the company’s “Sharklet” technology – a special wing-tip device that allows the new Airbus A320 to fly faster and save on fuel costs. With a fleet of modern, eye-catching aircraft, not to mention the incredible promotions and professional services, VietJetAir has quickly become the fastest growing airline in Vietnam and the country’s largest low-cost carrier.
