20 JANUARY 2011: Virgin Blue Holdings Limited advises that it has been informed by Air New Zealand Limited that it has obtained approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board to acquire up to 14.9% of issued shares in Virgin Blue Holdings Limited.
Virgin Blue Holdings and Air New Zealand are Trans Tasman alliance partners.
