VOLITO AVIATION AB ACQUIRES ONE BOEING B737-800 AIRCRAFT ON LEASE TO SAS

Volito Aviation AB has, through one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Volito Aviation September 2007 AB, acquired one (1) Boeing B737-800 aircraft from SAS, by a purchase and leaseback transaction. The aircraft, bearing Manufacturer’s Serial Number 30196, is leased to SAS until June 2017.

The aircraft is financed by DVB Bank.

Volito Aviation Services AB is manager of the aircraft and is part of the Volito Group, headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, with subsidiaries in Dublin and Singapore. Volito Aviation Services is jointly-owned by Volito Aviation AB (80%) and The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (20%).

Volito Aviation Services manages a portfolio of 50 commercial jet aircraft consisting primarily of young narrow-body aircraft including Airbus A319/A320/A321 and Boeing B737 NG and Classics.
