Vueling increases the number of passengers carried in November by 17%

Barcelona, 11th December 2012. – Vueling Airlines carried 963,552 passengers in November 2012. This represents a 17.0% increase compared to November 2011. The company reached a load factor of 77.1%.

New international base in Florence airport

Vueling will open a new base in Florence airport in March 2013. This new base will increase the international presence of the company and adds to the two current international bases in Amsterdam-Schiphol and Rome-Fiumicino. From Florence, Vueling will offer flights to London-Heathrow, Paris-Orly, Barcelona, Madrid, Copenhagen, Berlin and Hamburg.

In addition, Vueling has increased its winter international flights offered from Malaga with the introduction of two new destinations: Paris-Orly and Copenhagen. These new destinations add to the current offering from Malaga to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Bilbao, Rome, Las Palmas and Tenerife.
