Vx Capital Partners purchased five 737-500 aircraft with CFM56-3C1 engines from Royal Air Maroc. Most of the engines harvested from these aircraft will enter the Vx engine leasing pool. Other engines will be torn down and sold for parts. Greg Marcoux, Analyst at Vx said, “Vx was pleased to enter into this fleet disposition deal with Royal Air Maroc. We look forward to working with other airlines on similar transactions”.
