We recorded the best load factor rate in domestic and international flights for the month of December.

São Paulo, January 13rd, 2011 – (BM&FBOVESPA: TAMM4, NYSE: TAM) – Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) disclosed today the operational data for the month of December 2010.
Figures from Pantanal are consolidated together with TAM’s data.

Domestic market

In the domestic market, we offered 4,113 million ASKs and recorded a total of 3,019 million RPKs, resulting in a load factor of 73.4%, a record for the month of December.

The domestic yield remained flat compared to November, combining the strong demand in high season, with high concentration of loyalty program passenger.

We maintained the leadership in the domestic market, accounting for 43.3%. In the accumulated rate in the year, the domestic market share was 42.8% and the load factor was 67.6%.

International market

The demand of passengers traveling between Brazil and abroad remained strong and consistent driving to the record of 79.5% in the accumulated load factor of the year.

We reached load factor of 78.4% in December, registering a new record in the index for that month. The performance is a result of the supply of 2,308 million ASKs, combined with 1,810 million of demand in RPKs. The international yield remained flat.

On international flights operated by Brazilian airlines we achieved market share of 84.6% in December. In the accumulated rate of the year, our international market share was 87.6%.
