Wesco Aircraft Announces Contract Extension with PCC Aerostructures

VALENCIA, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (“Wesco Aircraft” or the “Company”) (NYSE: WAIR), a leading provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry, today announced a contract extension with PCC Aerostructures (the “Customer”), a unit of Precision Castparts Corp. (NYSE: PCP).

The extension provides for additional services under a mix of just-in-time and long-term agreements with the Customer. The extension increases the number of Customer facilities and parts that were covered under the previous contract.

Terms of the agreement were recently finalized and will remain in effect until December 31, 2016.
