West Atlantic Group sells West Air Luxembourg SA to FAST Logistics Luxembourg Sarl

Following the directive given by the Board of Directors, West Atlantic’s management is very satisfied in informing that the subsidiary cargo airline West Air Luxembourg S.A. has been sold to an external party, FAST Logistics Luxembourg Sarl.

Preceding the transaction, the operation on behalf of West Atlantic AB (publ) that was historically performed by West Air Luxembourg SA has been transferred on 1st August 2013 to the Luxembourg branch of West Air Sweden AB. Consequently, this will continue to consolidate West Atlantic Group’s operations and realise synergies that lowers costs.

Barons Financial Services headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland with a subsidiary in London, UK acted as the advisor to West Atlantic Group on the sale of West Air Luxembourg SA to FAST Logistics Luxembourg Sarl.

The agreement was signed into effect on October 25th 2013 in Luxembourg.
