WIZZ AIR OPENS ITS KOSICE BASE 3 MONTHS EARLIER

Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe*,has announced today that, reflecting customer demand, it will open its base in Kosice, Slovakia on 5 June, 3 months earlier than originally planned.

The airline also announced an increase in weekly flights on the London Luton service, which will operate 10 weekly flights. Seats on Kosice routes with departures from early June are now on sale from just EUR 29.99** and can be booked on wizzair.com.

Wizz Air’s Daniel de Carvalho said: “Wizz Air is pleased to announce an earlier opening date of its Kosice base. With our 2 new routes to Milan Bergamo and Doncaster Sheffield being served 3 months earlier than initially planned, and with an increased frequency of London Luton flights, our customers can now book this year’s summer holiday on WIZZ’s Kosice routes.”
